The post, located in the Faculty Office, requires good stakeholder engagement skills to source and manage data (collate, integrate and validate) from multiple sources across the University, Faculty, Schools/Centres and Global Research Institutes (GRIs), for Faculty Office projects (e.g. Faculty Gender Equality/Athena SWAN submissions, Workload Allocation Models (WAM), performance monitoring through data analysis). There will be an intense focus on data problem-solving via the gathering, analysing, validating and interpretation of data, and the successful candidate will present the acquired data (quantitative and qualitative) in various reporting formats to internal and external stakeholders to help guide the decision making processes within the Faculty. The role requires the ability to work well in a small team, providing support to colleagues and helping to implement good data practices, along with developing clear documentation and guidelines to ensure reporting requirements are successfully met.
