The Centre for Wireless Innovation in EEECS at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Research Fellow to work for the prestigious ERC Consolidator Grant BEATRICE, led by Professor Michalis Matthaiou.
The successful candidate will work on modelling, transceiver design, wireless power transfer and optimization of near-field communications.
The candidate will join a vibrant research group of 75 people, including 13 academics. The candidates will also have the opportunity to contribute to the research activities of the new Queen’s Momentum One Zero (M1.0).

This post is available on fixed term contracts for 24 months, or available until 31 May 2026, whichever is sooner. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
