We are looking for a Research Officer (Data Insights) to join our Alumni Engagement and Philanthropy team. In this role, you will provide crucial research and data analytics to support fundraising and alumni engagement initiatives. Key tasks include identifying potential donors, creating data visualisations, and producing reports that guide strategic decision-making. You will also assist with event planning and due diligence reporting.
About the person:
The successful candidate will have a degree or substantial experience in a similar role, particularly in research within fundraising or market research environment. Experience of utilising research methodology and knowledge of research resources, including experience of desk research and use of online resources with experience in the production of data insights and data visualisation also being an essential requirement.
Proficiency in data tools like PowerBI and databases such as The Raiser’s Edge is preferable.
You should be analytically strong, able to present data clearly, and possess excellent communication skills.
