The Graduate School at Queen’s University Belfast seek to recruit a Postgraduate CMI Training and Development Consultant to join their hard-working, innovative team. You will develop and deliver high-level skills training, development programmes and learning opportunities for postgraduate students.
You will design training and development programmes, activities and events for postgraduate students to develop skills as leaders, thinkers, communicators and innovators. You will apply different models of learning interventions, including blended, distance learning and digital. You will be innovative and engaging, bringing creative new ideas to the team and you will lead the way in approaches to developing leadership skills in different forms.
You will be working within a team that has grown and changed a lot; ideally, you will be adaptable, collegial in approach and motivated to drive the service, creating a better learner experience.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position, available until 31 March 2022.
