Job description
To be a highly productive and collaborative member of the research community in the Centre for Experimental Medicine and other groupings within the Faculty of Medicine Health and Life Sciences, working as part of a Wellcome Trust funded research programme team to initiate, develop and manage high level research projects in line with the School's research
strategy. The post responsibilities will include independent research, supervision, planning, day-to-day lab management, collaborations and outreach.
The following describes the type of work that is typically required of research staff at this level. It is not expected that anyone carries out all the activities mentioned below and some carry out additional duties.
