Job description
The Centre for Experimental Medicine aims to understand the mechanisms of disease and use that understanding to develop innovative new treatments and therapies to improve patient outcomes. to improve patient outcomes.
The Research Fellow will be an active member of a research team assisting with an MRC funded Stratified Medicines programme - the UK Refractory
Asthma Stratification programme (RASP-UK). The Research Fellow will join a multidisciplinary team with the goal of conducting clinical trial bio-statistical analysis including day-to-day management of a large multicentre clinical trial database, interim analysis and reporting of safety and outcome data to Investigator team and Trial Steering Committee. The post will also include computational, hypothesis-driven applied clinical research in respiratory disease using large existing clinical datasets.
