The School of Law at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Reader / Professor of Commercial Law.
You will be joining a vibrant community of scholars committed to making a difference to society through delivering excellence in research and teaching. The School is ranked 8th in the UK for Law in REF 2021, the UK wide assessment of research quality in universities with the highest possible rating for the impact of its research on society.
You will undertake research and provide research leadership in Commercial Law broadly conceived in line with the School’s research strategy. You will teach at undergraduate and postgraduate level, particularly in the area of Commercial Law broadly conceived including, but not limited to, banking and finance law; corporate law including corporate finance; international sale of goods; private international law and arbitration; and you will contribute to School’s administration/leadership activity.
