Job description
The post-holder will work alongside the Precision Medicine Centre of Excellence's (PMC) Lead Bioinformatician to develop, validate
and maintain analytical tools, data analysis pipelines and algorithms to analyse genomic information from cancer specimens, in the
context of clinical studies and clinical trials.
To analyse and interpret genomics and
digital pathology imaging data providing timely and accurate feedback to others in the team.
To correlate biological findings with clinical outcomes and integration with other datasets such as digital images or expression profiling
to develop new diagnostic, prognostic and predictive tools.
To assist in manuscript and grant preparation and writing.
