An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Team Leader to join The Union Shop team operating in partnership with Spar located in the Queen's University Student Centre, "One Elmwood" due to open late Summer 2022.
You will play a pivotal role in The Union Shop by assisting within a team with the delivery of an efficient, effective, customer led retail service. You will work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and operational standards.

This is a full-time position however other positions including part time may become available. This involves working in a shift pattern over 7 days on campus.
