The Research Assistant will be based within the radiotherapy physics service in the NI Cancer Centre and participate in scientific research activities in radiation oncology physics. Working in close collaboration with physics, clinical and radiographic staff at the Northern Ireland Cancer Centre and the Patrick G Johnston Centre for Cancer Research (PGJCCR), Queen’s University Belfast.

This post is available on a fixed term contract from 1 February 2024 to 31 January 2027. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
