Job description
The Supplement for Medical & Dental Education (SUMDE) is a Department of Health fund to support the clinical training of medical and dental students within the health service. The SUMDE Office, reporting to DoH, is responsible for distribution of the funding and working with Hospital Trusts and GPs to ensure value for money can be demonstrated through
robust governance and accountability processes.
The Part Time Administrator will provide advice and support to the Supplement for Undergraduate Medical and Dental Education (SUMDE) Manager based upon a sound understanding of the specialised area of SUMDE and Medical & Dental Education issues.
The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of a professional and efficient service from the SUMDE Office.
This position is a job share (2.5 days) and the exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate.
