This is an exciting time to join Queen’s as we embark on the next phase of our development as a university. Our Strategy 2030, Delivering for the Future, sets out our ambition for the next 10 years to shape a better world through our life changing education and research and our role as a key partner in the Belfast Region City Deal (BRCD), an exciting, once in a generation opportunity to accelerate economic growth for the region.
To realise our ambitions within Strategy 2030 and support delivery of BRCD, we are seeking to expand our Finance Team by recruiting a number of key roles including an Assistant Research Finance Business Partner.
You will provide professional financial support to academics, funding organisations and the Research Finance management team on a range of activities related to the post-award financial administration of externally-funded research grants.
As a part qualified accountant or someone with substantial professional experience of preparing financial management information, financial analysis/reconciliations and providing advice to inform decision making you will work as partof a team.
At Queen’s our people are at the heart of everything we do. As a staff member you will become part of a vibrant organisational culture, which will enable you to thrive, with a continued focus on high performance, your wellbeing, development, engagement, and greater opportunities for flexible working. In return we will provide a great Total Reward Package which includes a competitive salary, a generous Pension Scheme and annual leave entitlement, as well as access to a range of learning and development courses to support your personal and professional development.
