Queen’s University seek to recruit a Summer Scheme Co-ordinator to plan, develop and implement a programme of supervised indoor and outdoor activities, across a variety of sporting and non-sporting themes. You will lead and supervise Team Leaders, Activity Leaders and casual coaches to ensure the delivery of safe, progressive and enjoyable activities suitable for children of all ages and abilities.
You will deal with enquiries from parents and ensure all incidents and accidents are recorded and dealt with following the correct policies and procedures. You will develop staff rotas and organise a schedule that will ensure all equipment is set up, dismantled and stored correctly to ensure the health, safety and well-being of children and staff.
You will have excellent organisational and motivational skills with the ability to provide clear direction and guidance. This is a full-time position from 21 June – 20 August 2021 (inclusive to staff training) and successful candidates will be expected to have availability throughout this period. The post meets the definition of regulated activity and requires an enhanced disclosure check.
