The People and Culture Directorate at Queen’s University Belfast is currently seeking to appoint experienced Business Analysts (DevOps) to join their expanding HR Technology and Analytics team.
Working with the HR Technology and Analytics Manager, you will deliver the People and Culture technology and analytics solutions that best support the operating model for the University in support of the recently launched People and Culture Plan (2023-2026).
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team you will support the implementation of the People and Culture plan by providing specialist technical support in the assessment, development, implementation and support of business systems, technology, processes and analytics. You will also be responsible for the ongoing development and support of the various P&C related applications.
This is an exciting time to join the People and Culture Directorate as we embark upon delivering the P&C Plan under the guidance of the recent commencement of a new Vice President and Chief People Officer.
