The School of Mathematics & Physics at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Data Engineer.
As a Data Engineer you will play a key role in providing technical expertise and support in developing the Statistical Data Analytics core platforms. Working within the Virtual Institute for Data Intensive Research (VIDIR) within the School of Mathematics and Physics, the successful candidate will be a point of reference for all data related technical issues and as such will be required to network more broadly across the University and with key external stakeholders.
The position will be under the guidance of Professor Adele Marshall as Director for VIDIR and Professor of Statistics in the School. This is a pivotal position and will help shape the future of Data Intensive Research in the University.
