Within DARO we will develop new and innovative opportunities to engage our alumni with purpose in the work of the University.
To help achieve our ambitions we are seeking to enhance our Alumni Engagement Team by recruiting a permanent Alumni Officer (Engagement).
About the Role: You will play an integral role within the Development and Alumni Relations Office and be responsible for establishing and building meaningful relationships with alumni to encourage them to maintain/renew their links with the University, with a particular focus on support to Convocation and Alumni Associations and the development of ‘strategic volunteers’.
About You: You will be an excellent communicator with experience of building effective relationships at all levels, thriving in a team working environment. You will have previous experience in customer relationship marketing / communications or managing supporter engagement programmes with excellent IT, analytic and problem-solving skills.
