We have two Estates Manager roles, based on University Campus, where you will provide specialist estates planning/development and project management expertise to ensure the successful delivery of the University’s Estate Strategy and Corporate Plan, and the delivery of the University’s City Deal Projects.
We will require you to have a background in delivering major capital projects demonstrating excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management and networking skills to influence a diverse community within the University and beyond.
You will also need excellent leadership capability to oversee and manage team members in the delivery of programmes and projects, providing an opportunity for individual members to contribute and develop their own skills and expertise.
