Research Fellow
Job description
A 3 year research fellow position is available with the School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. The research fellow will work with Dr Karen Rafferty to develop and lead research related to the application of the latest artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to research within human computer interaction and
virtual and augmented reality. The Research Fellow will be an active member of the Responsive Environments research team within the School assisting in the development of research proposals and the planning and delivery of the research activity within the laboratory. The successful applicant will contribute to the day to day running of the Responsive Environments lab, including supervision of postgraduate students. The main work of the research fellow will involve the development and application of artificial intelligence and machine learning principles to multi-disciplinary research ongoing with the lab.
