The post holder will be responsible for the management of the Residential Life Services in Queen's Accommodation comprising, cleaning, health and safety compliance, pastoral support, social and events programme, carbon, wellbeing and cultural diversity initiatives. This will involve direct management of in-house resources as well as the management of all outsourced service level agreements. They will lead a team with the responsibility of delivering customer focused targets aimed at maximising income and minimising expenditure whilst delivering exceptional service standards.
