Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Research Fellow to join the Intelligent and Sustainable Infrastructure Group and the Sir William Wright Technology Centre (W-Tech) and support activities in funded EPSRC Prosperity Partnership, StreetZero; which are aimed at exploring the implications of a move towards increasing electrification of bus vehicles.
The post offers an exciting opportunity for a researcher with expertise in the field of fleet sourced structural health monitoring to work in a multidisciplinary team with researchers from vehicle engineering, civil engineering and policy to undertake fundamental research in fleet sourced monitoring; all with the common aim of moving towards Smart Infrastructure.

This is a fixed term post, available until 31 March 2024.
Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
