Mechanical Engineer/Materials Scientist - KTP Associate - Metcollect Ltd
Job description
Metcollect Limited was founded in 2014 and is now the largest cable recycler in Northern Ireland, with recent expansion into the Republic of Ireland. Metcollect Ltd collect and process non-ferrous metals including copper, brass, aluminium and lead and specialise in collecting smaller quantities of scrap metal i.e. steel and iron. The company's intention
is to become the largest copper recycling company in the UK and Ireland.
We wish to recruit a dynamic, highly skilled and motivated graduate to work in Metcollect Ltd in a collaborative project with Queen's University Belfast over 36 months. Through this Knowledge Transfer Partnership, the project aims to develop a novel process to add value to non-ferrous waste material.
