Job description

Domestic Recruitment and Events team are responsible for supporting the Faculties in recruiting undergraduate and postgraduate students in the Home/EU market. This includes Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain and the Islands. We are responsible for planning and managing a range of recruitment events throughout the year aimed at students, teachers, families and employers.
The post holder will provide GB market insight and develop an action plan to maximise student recruitment outcomes. The successful applicant will undertake a number of duties to include:
*
determining interventions to deliver agreed student recruitment targets set by the University in relation to undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment
*
Undertake recruitment and promotional visits in Great Britain with a primary focus on England North East and Scotland, London South and the South East and East Midlands and Eastern England.
Please note that you will be based in GB and working in a home office.
The successful candidate must have:
*
Honours degree or higher degree (or equivalent qualification) in any subject.
*
Minimum of three years' recent relevant experience in student recruitment marketing or sales.
*
Track record in successful student recruitment outcomes.
*
Experience of producing marketing materials, including brochures, posters etc.
*
Experience in writing high quality reports and in the construction of business plans and marketing strategies.
*
Experience of making formal presentations
*
Experience of coordinating multiple specific projects.
