The School of Medicine, Dentistry & Biomedical Sciences (MDBS) at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Research Fellow in the Wellcome-Wolfson Institute for Experimental Science.
The Postholder will develop and manage a high level research programme in normal and pathological aging of the retina, related retinal diseases and association between changes in the eye and in the brain using molecular, cell and tissue biology. The post falls under the leadership of Dr Imre Lengyel in line with the School/Faculty Research Strategy.

This is a fixed term contract, available until 30 April 2023
Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance, but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
