The People and Culture Directorate at Queen’s University Belfast seek to recruit two Internal Recruiters to attract the best Academic and professional talent in the market, partnering with internal managers and leaders across the University to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet these. The role will involve advising and supporting hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a value-add service whilst driving a positive candidate experience.
You will be an experienced and results-focused recruiter, with experience of direct sourcing through social media platforms and with the ability to advise on, and identify, effective recruitment channels and the most strategic routes to market. Collaboration and resilience are essential in the role as is the ability to work under pressure and to communicate effectively at all levels.
This is a fixed-term contract position, available until 31 December 2021.
