We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Manager (FoH) to elevate our client experience, ensuring the highest level of customer service and to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons.
You will manage the day-to-day aspects of Queen’s Film Theatre operations and delivery of the public programme as well as a small Front of House team ensuring it is run in an efficient and high-quality manner within current legislative and procedural guidelines
You will work on a business responsive 7-day rota on campus and be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays. This irregular pattern will vary depending on business requirements. In recognition of the flexibility required, a shift premium of 18% is paid in addition to the salary.
