Queen’s University Belfast Students’ Union is seeking to recruit a Societies Development Officer on a full-time, permanent basis.
In this newly-created role, you will be part of a dynamic, student-facing staff team within the Students’ Union and will provide key guidance and support to 150+ student-led Societies.
Your focus will be helping to enhance the student experience at Queen’s by supporting and developing a broad variety of student-led Societies at the University. You will work towards key Society-related objectives within the Students’ Union Strategic Plan, alongside staff colleagues, elected student representatives, and Society members.
You will seek to find ways to encourage all students to get involved with Society life and will provide guidance to Society committees on planning events, recruiting members, gaining recognition and reward, and making the most of their time at Queen’s.
