The Faculty of Medicine,
Health and Life Sciences (MHLS) is globally recognised for excellence in education and research which is evident in programmes that are designed to produce the next generation of leaders. The Faculty is comprised of four schools- School of Medicine, Dentistry & Biomedical Sciences, School of Biological Sciences, School of Nursing & Midwifery and School of Pharmacy.
The Faculty's Athena SWAN strategy is actively implemented and delivered across all four Schools, (School of Biological Sciences, School of Medicine, Dentistry and Biomedical Sciences, School Nursing and Midwifery and School of Pharmacy).

You will contribute to the ongoing work within the Faculty Student Recruitment Team by providing timely support and advice to all enquiries to the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences. This role will be the key point of contact for the CRM records within the Faculty and you will liaise with other departments across the University to ensure that the CRM is developed and maximised for recruitment purposes.
This is a full time 9 month fixed term contract.
The successful candidate must have:
Relevant academic/vocational qualifications (minimum 2 A Levels, NVQ 3 or equivalent level).
Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in marketing/customer service to include at least 1 years' experience of providing one to one support for potential customers in an accurate and timely fashion.
Experience and demonstrable expertise using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or equivalent software, and MS Office packages including Excel and PowerPoint.
