The School of Electronics, Electrical Engineering & Computer Science (EEECS) at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Research Assistant.
The post holder will be an active member of Dr Neil Anderson, Prof Ruth Hunter and Dr Leondro Garcia’s research project which is focused on the impact of urban design on non-communicable diseases such as cancers, heart disease and diabetes in the UK and Australia and will work collaboratively to develop an interactive web-based toolkit for evidence-informed decision making.
This post is available Full time for 16 months or until 31 August 2023.
The successful candidate must have and your CV/Cover letter (or application form) should clearly demonstrate you have:
- Full stack web-based development.
- Data manipulation, use of R or Python.

Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
