Job description
This post is funded for 12 months as part of an interdisciplinary project "Advancing Creative Circular Economies for Plastics via Technological-Social Transitions (ACCEPT Transitions)." This is a high profile project funded by the EPSRC (Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council UK) and led by Prof David Rooney. The specific work package on
which the Research Fellow will be working is led by Dr Martin Dempster and Dr Emma Berry (Psychology, QUB) and Prof John Barry (Politics, QUB).
The Research Fellow will be based at Queen's University Belfast, and will work with an interdisciplinary team to design and carry out qualitative research to understand consumer behaviour and attitudes towards plastics use and changes to the plastics system and plastics usage. This is an opportunity for a researcher interested in working within an interdisciplinary team to develop an original and exciting programme of empirical work.
