Education and Student Services (ESS) at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Student Wellbeing Manager.
The successful candidate will manage the University’s Student Wellbeing Service, leading a team of professional casework staff and develop proactive interventions on a stepped care model that support students to thrive and grow in independence as healthy learners.
The post holder will support in the planning and delivery of Student Wellbeing services, enabled by the #QUBeWell Framework, ensuring these opportunities are promoted, accessible and impactful to Queen’s students. The role will also manage the support for students presenting at risk as per the University’s student support processes, risk management framework and safeguarding procedures.
You will also play a key role in working with Schools and Faculties across the University, as they support students on a day-to-day basis in the learning environment which will include responding to risk management and supporting students.
