About the job:

The post holder will be responsible for managing all event, conference, and meeting room catering booking enquiries from both internal and external customers, delivering a professional, responsive, and customer-focused service. They will act as the primary point of contact for catering enquiries, providing accurate information on menus, availability, pricing, and service options. On a weekly basis, the post holder will collate all confirmed catering bookings and produce clear and accurate function sheets for the relevant catering teams, ensuring they have sufficient information to plan staffing, food preparation, and service delivery.

About the person:

Candidates should demonstrate clearly how they meet the following essential criteria:

• A minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent) to include English Language and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 Administration.
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience collaborating directly with customers in an events, conferencing, and meeting’s role.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a hospitality/events bookings role to including direct collaboration with the kitchen team.
• Experience of customer/client data capture and maintenance on a CRM and booking management system.
