As a Recruitment Assistant at Queen's University, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of recruitment administration within the People and Culture Directorate. Your primary responsibilities will be to deliver exceptional customer service to University hiring managers and candidates; offer expert advice and guidance on queries received via MS Teams, telephone, and email, ensuring timely responses that align with University guidelines; and prepare and process documents related to recruitment administration, adhering to tight deadlines.
About the person:
The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate you have:
o Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
o Producing general correspondence
o Experience of providing clerical assistance in line with procedures, e.g. organisational and/or HR
o Dealing with customer queries
o Recent experience of working in an HR environment.

This post is available for 12 months. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
