The successful applicant will lead the new team to develop and deliver the Construction and Project Management (CPM) MSc programme in GIFT city, Gujarat, India. The CPM programme will be based on the Belfast-based Construction and Project Management MSc which has been running successfully for over 15 years.
The successful applicant will have experience in successfully leading/ managing a team in construction and project management, and will have a background in teaching as detailed in the Candidate Information.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the GIFT CPM programme meets the university's teaching and learning aims, fostering collaboration with module convenors, and acting as a point of contact for problems related to the programme.
They will also be the main point of contact / liaison between the GIFT city and Belfast based Programme teams. In addition, they will lead the team regarding accreditation, engaging with external bodies, and supporting staff development.
They will also deliver and manage several programme modules and develop teaching and learning techniques and pedagogical practice in response to industry developments and student feedback. They will also act as Advisor of Studies to the student cohort
