We are seeking an experienced and motivated Research Fellow to join our team to contribute to a CRUK-funded project investigating the use of a urine-based molecular early detection test for bladder cancer in a case-control study recruited in Bangladesh. The study population are anticipated to be at high risk of arsenic exposure, which will be investigated in relation to the outcome of interest. The successful candidate will be employed by QUB under the supervision of Dr Dan Middleton, working collaboratively with an international team of scientists atthe University of Dhaka, the International Agency for Research on Cancer, and the British Geological Survey. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
