Working with our partners at Belfast Metropolitan College we are offering an exciting 2 year ICT Apprenticeship programme to provide people with the skills and experience required to take up opportunities in the ICT sector. This course will cover units in the following areas; computer networks, cyber security, fundamentals of IT, computer systems - hardware and software and IT technical support. Here in AMIC you’ll have the opportunity to apply all this knowledge in to the real world at the bleeding edge of Advanced Manufacturing Innovation at our facilities on the Queen’s Campus, Belfast’s Titanic Quarter and opening in early 2026 our new ‘Factory of the Future’ Campus at Global Point in Newtownabbey.
Upon successful completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship the successful candidate will be supported in either continuing to a Level 5 (IT Higher Level Apprenticeship) or permanent employment. This could be either within AMIC, other areas of interest to the candidate within QUB or one of the many opportunities within the Northern Ireland IT/Manufacturing Sector to which they’ll be fully equipped to succeed in.
*** Please note that successful candidates must be able to commence at Belfast Met within one week from interviews ***
