This post will support the Estates Manager (Maintenance) in the provision of response, routine and planned maintenance through in-house staff and external contractors, with a specific emphasis on the development and management of external contracts, suppliers and contractors . The post holder will be responsible for the design and implementation of minor projects ensuring that all work is carried out to the required standard complying with all statutory regulations.

Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
