As part of this growth package we are seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Project Manager to support the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre (AMIC), set-up and delivery.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with proven project management experience, specifically in an engineering and client-facing environment. You will work with various stakeholders and play a pivotal role in managing several work stream projects. We are looking for an individual who has excellent organisation skills with the ability to communicate and motivate staff at all levels.
This is a unique opportunity to pioneer the definition and development of a world leading innovation centre which will become Northern Ireland’s National Centre for Advanced Manufacturing. You will support the day to day activity associated with the centre, including delivering AMIC’s state-of-the-art “Factory of the Future” flagship facility for research and development that directly benefit society.
You will have direct access to a number of manufacturing focussed facilities including the Northern Ireland Advanced Composites and Engineering Centre (NIACE), Polymer Processing Research Centre (PPRC) and the Northern Ireland Technology Centre (NITC).

This is a fixed term contract for 36 months.
Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
