People and Culture at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an Organisational Development Consultant specialising in Talent / Career Development.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team supporting the design and implementation of the People and Culture transformation programme.
You will support the OD team to build the capability of our staff in order to deliver on key aspects of Queen’s Strategy 2030, with particular focus on enabling staff to take ownership and responsibility of their learning and career development and proactively manage their own career.
This is an exciting opportunity for an OD professional who wants to help shape and influence an overarching, strategic approach to talent and career development and experiences.
