Development & Alumni Relations (DARO) at Queen’s University Belfast, is currently seeking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Development Officer (Trusts and Foundations).
You will work with colleagues across Queen’s to shape and secure support for engaging and impactful projects from a portfolio of charitable trusts and foundations.
We are seeking an individual with the ability to write compelling fundraising applications, proposals and reports.
If you are a persuasive communicator with exceptional writing skills, and the ability to develop relationships, engage stakeholders and build support, we would be interested to hear from you.
You will be an integral part of our busy development team, working in an energetic environment, using your existing skills and learning new ones, to help us build financial support for projects across Queen’s, including student experience, community outreach, widening participation and health.

This post is fixed term for 12 months. Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
