We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Assistant Director (Philanthropy) in our Alumni Engagement and Philanthropy (AEP) team. This role is pivotal in providing highlevel executive assistance to the Assistant Director and acting as the first and consistent point of contact with senior internal and external individuals, including University leadership, board members and principal and major donors nationally and internationally.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and supporting various philanthropy initiatives. This role demands a professional who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional administrative support.
