This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service within a food and beverage environment to university staff, students and external customers. The role will involve the preparation, delivery and service of lunches, banquets and delivered catering to an agreed departmental standard. In addition, this role will include assisting with the training and development of the casual team.
About the person:
The successful candidate will demonstrate front of house experience working in a hospitality environment. They will show experience of delivering excellent customer service whilst showing the ability to work both alone and as a part of a team. The successful candidate will have basic Health and Safety experience within a food and beverage environment.
