The Centre for Translation and Interpreting seeks a highly productive, ambitious and collaborative individual to be a member of our Deaf Studies/Sign Language research project, assisting in the development of research proposals and the planning and delivery of research activity, particularly for projects that will have a direct benefit for the Northern Irish Deaf community.
The successful applicant will have responsibilities in independent research and outreach, as well as regular reporting to our funders and sponsors – the Department for Communities and the Ulster Society for the Education of the Deaf and Blind. Areas of particular interest to the project are:

Fixed term contract posts are available for the stated period in the first instance but in particular circumstances may be renewed or made permanent subject to availability of funding.
